Author biography

Warren Banks has worked as an independent organisation development (OD) practitioner since 2003 and has worked in this field as an editor, practitioner and evaluator for over a decade.

For the past 10 years, he has worked with development organisations based in southern and west Africa, as well as facilitating processes with international development organisations (including The Water Dialogues) and donors. He is affiliated to footsteps, an association of OD and process consultants based in Southern Africa. Facilitation of strategy development, decision making, programme design, multistakeholder and whole systems change processes are his primary fields of work.
